Based in Cranleigh, Surrey, Precision Cutting Dies Limited supplies tooling to the manufacturing industry including gasket, automotive and aerospace industries. An independent family run business established in 1989, we focus on the needs of our customers with unwavering commitment. 


Over the years, the company has diversified to include CAD design and the development and production of specialised sealing products. We invest heavily in modern production techniques, utilising laser cutting and automated press cutting systems to ensure a high level of service and fast turnaround at competitive prices.

Tool Making

At Precision Cutting Dies, we provide a complete service for supplying new,repairing and refurbishing tools and dies. Our skilled team can also manually prepare tools, and we use cutting-edge technology for blading tools with our automated benders. This integrated system ensures top-quality results.

Laser

Laser cutting technology works by using computers to direct the beam of a high power laser at the material to be cut. This makes perfect cuts through the die board into which blades can be slotted. The material then melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas leaving an edge with a high quality surface finish.
